Beach week 2009

Wednesday we headed to Sunset beach to join the Christies for the last part of beach week. We loaded up the car, dropped Montana off at "doggy camp", and we were off! None of us had slept Tuesday night (due to Lila) so we were somewhat grumpy (some of us more than others).

Once we arrived on the island, everything was better. Lila immediately began getting spoiled by Aunt Carey, Uncle Dave, Aunt Katy, Uncle Brett, SheShe, BaBa, and Angie.

Lila loved the beach! She didn't mind getting wet or sandy- which really surprised me! David dug a hole and Lila enjoyed sitting in it and bringing buckets of water to splash around in.





"Barber" Brett cut Bob's hair and then I attempted to shave David's head. Amazingly, I messed it up, so Brett fixed it.

We had a great time! Lila was grumpier than normal because she was totally off schedule, but we had fun and hope to do it again next year! Thanks SheShe and BaBa!!!
