We've been trying to stay inside and not be too bored.
Poor Montana has so much energy and loves the backyard; however, it is now a swamp. She's not perfect, but we love her. She definitely barks- often. Last night we had our friends Hector and Robin over after dinner and Montana barked at Hector every time he looked at her.
Lila is getting more used to her and is much less fearful of her than she was initially. Overall, a great week of us all getting to know each other.
We need to work on the barking, jumping up, and walking on a leash better. It seems lots of people have ideas on how to get her to behave, but we don't know WHAT to believe! I think David and I need to take a class together with her so we can all be on the same page as far as her training goes.
Here's some cute photos from this morning:

I would definitely recommend a training class at either PetsMart or Town and Country (Apex) if you have the time. Stetson did 3 PetsMart classes (beg-adv) and then did competition obedience and agility at T&C. The PetsMart classes are nice and basic as long as you get a good trainer; the teachers at T&C (which also do basic obedience) are all great.
