Sunday

Sunday, we cleaned out the fridge, packed a picnic lunch, and headed to the airport observation park. We had a great time and the weather was wonderful!

This picture made me realize that Lila and I walk the same way...

Lila and David played on the giant spider.

AIRPLANE!!!

Time to go home for a nap!

Then we came home, took a long nap, and got ready to go to the Durham Bulls game. I had gotten free tickets from the oral surgeons' office that we refer patients to, and we invited Michael, Carole, and Naomi to go with us. We had fabulous seats on the second row behind the visitor's dugout. Both girls even got foul balls as souvenirs from the nice man in front of us. The weather was great, the girls loved seeing each other, and it was wonderful catching up with Michael and Carole.
Lila and I wore our matching Atlanta Braves shirts.

Ready for the fun!

Tim Hudson, a pitcher from the Atlanta Braves has an injured shoulder and is briefly on the minor league team. He has a great sense of humor and danced with Reggie, their mascot.

Lila even had her first snow cone- and of course loved it!

David tried to get a shirt that was being thrown by Wool E. Bull.

Lila and Naomi- good friends (but very difficult to get both of them to sit still and look in the same direction).
