Canuck Thanksgiving

Saturday we headed up to Lake Gaston to celebrate Canadian Thanksgiving with our friends and family. The weather was overcast but absolutely perfect! Not too hot, and not too cold.
After lunch, Rollie helped us do some fishing. Lila really got into it!

Then I caught one!

Then we went out on the boat! Lila loved wearing her life jacket.

She even got to drive the boat!


Then David got to drive! He went a lot faster but Lila just thought that was more fun!


After the boat ride, David took the jet ski out.

Lila was EXHAUSTED so she took a snooze before our delicious feast.

We moved the chairs out on the dock and had the most delightful Thanksgiving dinner! Delicious food, beautiful scenery, and family and friends. Life is good.

A wonderful day- I even got to drive a golf cart for the first time!
