Morgan and Erica's wedding/ Our beach get-away

Saturday after the shin-dig at Granddad's house, we headed to Wilmington for our good friend Morgan's wedding. David was one of his groomsmen. We had a busy but fun quick vacation.

We are so happy for Morgan and his bride Erica and hope they have a lifetime of wonderful memories together. We feel honored that we could share this weekend with them. Here's a photo of the beautiful couple and their delicious wedding cake.

We visited the ocean twice. It was extremely windy and cooler than normal this time of year- but still fun!

The wedding was lovely. Doesn't David look handsome?!?!?!

This was my first Jewish wedding.

Lila wanted to wear Daddy's "hat".

The groom (Morgan) and Lila.

Lila stayed with a babysitter during the ceremony and took a nap. She was well rested for the reception and danced the night away! Anytime there was music, she wanted to be dancing!

The groom, his men, and Lila sang "Brown Eyed Girl". I use the term "sang" loosely.

Miss Priss was such a dancing machine that she got hot! I had to take off her shirt. Then she loved twirling even more!

Monday morning we visited the beach again.

We stayed at a great little hotel (a friend of mine had given me a discount code) that had an indoor pool and hot tub. It also had a flat screen tv with the Nick Jr. channel. Lila didn't want to leave!

It is fun to getaway, but it's even better to be at home. The laundry part sucks though....
