Family fun day

Friday morning we headed to the coast for a day of being together (and good eating). (Uncle Gray came by our house in the afternoon to take care of Montana so we didn't have to worry about her.)
We drove to WIlmington, had lunch at my favorite place, Sweet 'n Savory, then headed to the Fort Fisher aquarium.
Lila was in heaven!!! We took the stroller but she was so excited to look at everything that she didn't even ride in it. Luckily it wasn't too crowded.


Lila fell asleep in the car after the exciting afternoon and we headed to downtown WIlmington. We walked around and enjoyed the scenery and being together.

We met up with Morgan and Erica for dinner on Wrightsville Beach and had yummy Tex-Mex food. After dinner we went to the beach. It was such a nice time of the evening- not too hot or too dark. Lila had a great time running around and pretending to make a sand castle.

We got home around 11:45pm totally exhausted but so happy to have been together all day.
