Picking out a pumpkin

Tonight after dinner, we went to the pumpkin patch to pick out our pumpkins for Halloween. Lila found one her size and carried it around until the stem broke off (we ended up buying that one for her). She called the pumpkins "apples" and was amazed at how many there were! She was really cute. Next year we will definitely go to a real farm- she will love that!

On our way home, I came up Guess Road, and, as those of you that live in Durham know, that means coming by "Priscilla's" (adult toy shop)....ANYWHO....they have mannequins in the windows wearing revealing outfits they sell there. As we were passing the store, Lila looks out the window and says....
"Barbie! Barbie! Barbie!" David and I CRACKED up!
She loves barbies (she doesn't even have one) but every time we see a doll (other than a baby), she calls it a "Barbie". Obviously, mannequins are, to her, big Barbies.
