For Halloween, Lila was a monkey and I was a bunny. We went to her school's party and festival around lunchtime on Friday. The kids played games and sang songs, then the kids held on to a rope and we ALL walked down main street in our costumes, yelling "Happy Halloween!" It was embarrassing, but I didn't mind, since it was for Lila. She had a GREAT time, thinking she was so big. She did very well holding onto the rope with one hand and my hand with her other. After the parade, she had pizza and oranges with all the big kids. Luckily, that wore her out and we both were able to get a little rest.

After a rest, it was time to pick up Angie from school! Lila was very excited! We brought her back to our house and played until Grampa and Zia arrived! We changed into our costumes again (Lila insisted that she wear her Thomas the train slippers with her costume), had appetizers, and went trick-or-treating to a few houses. Lila didn't understand, but had fun in her wagon and with Angie. For dinner, we all enjoyed homemade pizzas. After playing some more, Lila was exhausted and quickly went to bed. The rest of us watched "Sleepy Hollow".
